Please be advised that the SM payment facility is currently unavailable due to an on-going re-assessment by the Office of the Ombudsman and SM.
How to send your payment:
- Cash (temporarily unavailable due to the community quarantine)
- Landbank Link.BizPortal (click here to know more about sending payment via Landbank Link.BizPortal)
- Any SM branch (plus: service fee of P50.00 + private courier fee of P150.00) per copy (temporarily unavailable)
- Postal Money Order payable to “OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN CLEARANCE FEES” directly to the concerned Ombudsman office:

Mode of Release:
Your clearance/certification will be due for release within reasonable time upon receipt of payment either:
- For pick-up (temporarily unavailable due to the community quarantine)
- By ordinary mail which is free of charge
- If you prefer to receive the clearance/certification earlier, you may send a prepaid envelope from any private courier
An offical receipt shall be attached to the duly issued Ombudsman Clearance or Certification.
