Sining-Bayan: Art Of Nation Building
Features the “PAGSALOOB-PAGSALINAW-PAGSAGANAP” (CONTEMPLACY-ARTICULACY-OPERACY), a capacity-building experiences for reawakening the inherent culture of participative governance and integrity of Filipino consciousness. “Siningbayan” is a word coined by multi-awarded social artist Joey Ayala to indigenize “Social Artistry”, a body of work attributed to anthropologist Jean Houston.
