The TNA framework used in the study covered the following areas (1) Job Analysis, which validated competency requirements and performance standards required of each position; (2) Trainee Analysis, which focused on the investigation of incumbents’ competencies vis-à-vis established competency requirements and performance standards of the respective positions; and (3) Data Analysis, which focused on the identification of learning/training needs that can be responded to by training intervention.

The project focuses on assisting the DBM in the preparation of various issuances on the conduct of a strategic review thru a change management workshop.
