IPRA’s Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), 73 states that “Based on the Ancestral Domain Sustainable Development and Protection 74 Plans (ADSDPP) of the various Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples 75 (ICCs/IPs) and other relevant information, the Office on Policy, Planning and Research 76 (OPPR) shall formulate a Five-Year Master Plan for the delivery of appropriate support 77 services to the ICCs/IPs (Section 8, Part 2, Rule 8 Delineation and Recognition of 78 Ancestral Domains).
