May 4, 2026

The Office of the Ombudsman convened its Strategic and Operational Planning Conference (2026–2032) from 09 to 13 February 2026, bringing together senior officials and key personnel to define the institution’s long-term reform and modernization agenda. Held at the CAP-John Hay Trade and Culture Center and John Hay Hotels, the five-day conference provided a structured platform to align the Office’s constitutional mandate with emerging governance challenges, judicial reforms, and global anti-corruption commitments. In his remarks, Ombudsman Jesus Crispin C.
