Ombudsman Remulla Orders Return to Work in OMB Mindanao Offices
Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla has ordered the resumption of work in the OMB Mindanao offices in Davao and Cagayan de Oro City effective tomorrow, June 11, 2026.
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) quick assessment team conducted structural integrity inspections following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck parts of Mindanao on Monday morning.
The DPWH team has given their initial approval for employees to occupy the buildings.
As a result, regular work and the issuance of clearances will resume.
Complaint centers in Jolo and Zamboanga have already resumed its operations today, June 10, 2026. #
