Ombudsman Remulla orders work-from-home in OMB Mindanao offices after earthquake

Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla has placed the Ombudsman Mindanao offices under a work-from-home arrangement until further notice following the magnitude 7.8 quake that rocked several parts of Mindanao Monday morning.

The work from home order was issued to ensure the safety and well-being of OMB employees.

Inspections are under way to ensure the structural integrity of the OMB offices in Matina, Davao City and the YMCA Building in Cagayan de Oro City.

The release of clearances is temporarily suspended.

However, complaints may still be filed via email through minrecords@ombudsman.gov.ph
