Consistent with the policy thrust of the Office of the Ombudsman for 2011-2018 to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, credibility, and responsiveness in the performance of its mandate and function, an enhanced Citizen’s Charter is hereby issued to deliver better public services.

Shortened processing time, streamlined procedures presented in a user-friendly information brochure, and a feedback mechanism designed not only to improve services but to commend deserving frontline service personnel are some of the featured means to meet the service standards of the transacting public.

We are mindful that the public deserves the best service from the Office. We will endeavor to continue improving our services toward a responsive and relevant public assistance.
