Consistent with the policy thrust of the Office of the Ombudsman for 2011-2018 to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, credibility, and responsiveness in the performance of its mandate and function, an enhanced Citizen’s Charter is hereby issued to deliver better public services.
