Summary Report Regional Voters’ Education Conferences June to September 2003

The project of the Regional Voters’ Education started right after the National Voters’ Education Summit on May 28 – 30, 2003. The Institute for Political and Electoral Reforms (IPER) as the lead organization for its implementation initiated a meeting with the CER Committee on Voters’ Education to discuss the details of the regional conferences. Based on the CER agreement, the committee will be tasked to draft the program and provide list of participants in the different regions for the conferences. Series of meetings were done to put in place the conference.
