Manual for the Roll-Out of the Localized Customer Service Code


This manual is a simple guide for the National Water Resource Board (NWRB) staff, partners and customers in preparing a localized customer service code for the remaining Level II water service providers in the 31 target municipalities under the Millennium Development Goal Fund (MDGF) 1919 project entitled “Enhancing Access To And Provision of Water Services with the Active Participation of the Poor”. This is also useful in the event that the NWRB and its partners decide to expand its targets beyond MDGF 1919 project.
